Hello!

Hi there, welcome to my little corner of the internet  

I’m Clarisse, I’m an investor at NewAlpha, where I focus on all things fintech, insurtech, and B2B SaaS (seed/series A). 

Over the last few years, I have led/been involved in several startups investments: SESAMm, Next Gate Tech, Lovys, Lizy, Neat, Jove, Obat, Supervizor, Cozero, and am part of the board of several of them.

Born in Paris, I’m a second gen Chinese-Vietnamese and grew up living in Beijing and in different cities in the French countryside. I have been calling Paris my home for c. 10 years now, although I have worked and spent time in different places over the years: Chicago, San José (CA), Lyon, Bucharest, Tokyo. 

I am passionate about all things tech, investing & startups, and love learning and trying new things (like learning how to put this website together!). Growing up in a family of restaurant owners, I am also a huge foodie – when I’m not working, you can usually find me wandering in Paris and trying a new food spot
